Your Luff Movement program is personalised and updated monthly as well as designed specifically for YOUR goals.


Your program will optimise your athletic potential while guiding you towards your training goals whether that is becoming fitter, faster, leaner, bigger or stronger in everything you do. You will also have the option to select whether you want to train at Home or in the Gym, depending on personal preference. 


Your program will come with video demonstration to ensure that each of your movements are performed correctly. With my experience as an athlete and the knowledge I have obtained while working and studying within the industry, I can ensure that your program will be best suited to your goals to reduce the risk of injury and unlock your athletic potential during every session you perform. 


You will have constant email support with me if there are any queries about your program. Im here to support your journey.

STYLE OF TRAINING

CROSS TRAINING

This type of training will cover everything from Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Gymnastics, and different types of Conditioning. This style of training will enhance your all-round athletic ability improving your Strength/Power and Cardiovascular Performance in everything you do. 


HYPERTROPHY AND STRENGTH

The primary goal for this type of training is to increase Size/Mass, and Strength. This style of training will cover Power Lifting and Body Building at different tempos to increase muscular size and improve strength output. You will also have the option to add some conditioning into your training. 


SPORT PERFORMANCE

The primary goal for this type of training is improve Acceleration and Speed with your movements for field and court-based athletes. This style of training will utilise contrast training methods to enhance overall athletic ability. This type of program will combine lifting, plyometrics, and stability training to improve strength and power output that will assist your game day performance. 


MAS (MOBILITY AND ACCESSORY STRENGTH)

The MAS program will be included into your training alongside your main program. The MAS program will provide Mobility and Accessory Strength Training specifically for each joint of the body. The goal of this program is to enhance your movement function to reduce the risk of injury and improve your athletic potential. The MAS program can also be used for recovery from injury.

CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLANS

Meal plans do not have to be boring and tasteless!


Your meal plan is completely tailored to YOUR needs, so you will reap the full benefits of your training sessions! 


Let me know your food preferences as well as any allergies you may have. My team and I will make sure you receive a meal plan that best suits you and your training goals. Nutrition and diet are vital components to ensure that you are able to perform in the gym. You will have options on many delicious recipes so that following a meal plan never becomes boring. 


Remember, training in the gym is important BUT fuelling your body with the
correct foods will boost your performance! Don’t miss out on your gains by not eating the correct foods.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
